Company Potatoes

Ingredients:

·        2 lb bag frozen hash browns

 

·        1 stick butter (1/2 cup) melted

·        1 small onion, diced & sautéed (optional)

 

·        1 can cream of chicken soup

·        1 cup sour cream

·        2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

 

·        parmesan cheese

·        parsley

·        bread crumbs

 

Directions:

 

1.     Saute onions in butter

2.     Drizzle melted butter and onions over potatoes

3.     Combine soup, sour cream and cheese in a bowl.

4.     Spread frozen hash browns in a greased casserole dish

5.     Spread cheesy mixture over potatoes

6.     Sprinkle parmesan cheese, parsley and bread crumbs on top

7.     Bake at 350 for 1 hour (uncovered)
