Spicy Potato Wedges

        cup vegetable oil

        1 tbls chili powder

        2 tsp onion powder

        2 tsp garlic salt

        1 tsp sugar

        1 tsp paprika

        tsp salt

        tsp cayenne pepper


        3 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges (long strips)




1.     In a large bowl, combine all the spices in the oil.

2.     Add sliced potatoes; toss to coat.

3.     Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets

4.     Bake at 400 F for 30-35 minutes (turning once in the middle) or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
